Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale purchases from Reel Lazy Club. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Minimums

  • Minimum wholesale order: 20 shirts

  • Minimum quantity per design: 4 shirts

  • Sizes and shirt colors may be mixed within each design, subject to availability.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers purchasing products for legitimate business or resale purposes.

Wholesale discounts and pricing are based on the pricing available to your account at the time your order is placed.

Wholesale pricing may not be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless specifically stated.

Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Order Acceptance

All wholesale orders are subject to acceptance by Reel Lazy Club.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected misuse of a wholesale account, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Any shipping rate or free-shipping offer shown at checkout will apply to that order.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Reel Lazy Club is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.

Minor variations in garment-dyed shirt color, printing, print placement, or other normal production characteristics are not considered defects.

Returns & Cancellations

Wholesale orders are generally final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold inventory, changes in customer demand, incorrect size or color selections, or other buyer preference reasons.

Orders may only be changed or canceled before processing or production has begun. Once an order has entered processing or production, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Resale & Business Use

Wholesale purchases are intended for legitimate resale or other approved business use.

Wholesale customers are responsible for maintaining any licenses, resale certificates, tax documentation, or other requirements applicable to their business.

Wholesale account privileges may be suspended or revoked if they are misused.

Pricing & Terms

Products, availability, wholesale pricing, discounts, shipping policies, and these Wholesale Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Changes will apply to future orders and will not change the terms of an order that has already been accepted.
