Shipping policy
Every Reel Lazy Club item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, checked, packed, and handed off to the carrier.
Processing may take a little longer during major holidays or high-volume events such as Black Friday and Christmas. We’ll keep things moving without sending your new favorite tee out half-baked.
Once your order ships, we’ll email tracking information so you can check it responsibly or refresh the page every twelve minutes. We understand both approaches.
U.S. Shipping
- One tee: $4.95 standard shipping
- Two or more tees: Free U.S. standard shipping
- Transit time begins after the 2–5 business-day production period

Once The Carrier Has It
Once your package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, it is officially in their boat. We can see the same tracking updates you can, but we cannot control routing, missed scans, weather delays, or the mysterious detour your package occasionally decides to take.
Even when a service estimates 3–5 business days, carriers may require us to allow up to 10 business days for delivery before they will open an investigation or consider the package delayed or missing. Yes, it is annoying. Yes, we have also watched a package sit in the same facility for four days while apparently contemplating life.
If tracking has not moved or your package has not arrived, contact us with your order number. We’ll help review the tracking and take the next available step, but we may need to wait through the carrier’s required delivery window before a replacement or refund can be considered.
International Shipping
We offer $19.95 flat-rate standard shipping to select international destinations, regardless of how many items are ordered.
After the 2–5 business-day production period, international delivery generally takes about 14 business days. Depending on the destination, distance, customs processing, and local carrier, delivery can take up to 40 business days.
Once the package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may become less frequent while it clears customs or transfers between carriers. It has not necessarily disappeared into the Bermuda Triangle—it may simply be waiting for its next scan.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking & Address Changes
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout as soon as your order is on the move.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if something needs to be corrected, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has begun.

We answer messages Monday through Friday and typically respond within 1–2 business days. Weekends may be a little slower because even the inbox deserves some time near the water.
Production and delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, major sales, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
