Refund policy
Every Reel Lazy Club item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, entering an incorrect shipping address, changing your mind, or realizing the joke hits a little too close to home.
Please check the size guide and order details before casting your order into the internet.
We’ll Make It Right If:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The design is misprinted
- You received the wrong item
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
How To Report A Problem
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Us page. Please include:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Your order number, or the email address used at checkout
- A short explanation of what went wrong
Once we review your request, an approved claim may receive a replacement or refund. Please do not send anything back unless we specifically ask you to. Unplanned return trips are no fun for shirts either.
When Will We Respond?
We answer messages Monday through Friday and typically respond within 1–2 business days. Weekends may be a little slower because even the inbox deserves some time near the water.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
We may update this policy occasionally, but changes will apply to future orders. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer law.
